I am a novice at the Internet stuff. I came across this website for sale and thought it would be fun to create my own Blog. 1450newsradio.com seemed like a funny name but was general enough for me to write about whatever I wanted.
A little about me, I am a 56 year old woman who has been married for 28 wonderful years. We have one son who is living in Oregon. He moved up there when he was 20 to take an intern job at a software company. After four years he finally got the title Software Engineer. He ended up leaving that company to take a better paying position in the big city. Now he can work remote in a smaller town. He just bought a house. So now he has the house, the beautiful girlfriend and two dogs. Not sure if they are talking about marriage but that could be on the horizon.
So to fill the no child at home, my husband and I decided to get a dog. My husband found this four month old Australian Sheppard about 100 miles from us. He was with the young gal who had him for only a month. She just landed her dream job and realized she could not leave this beautiful puppy locked up in a crate all day.
Well, we just fell in love with him the first time we saw him. He is not an affectionate puppy. He will let us pet him when he wants to be pet. We have trained him to sit, stay, spin left, spin right, leave it, belly crawl and hands up. Working on extending the hands up with a “bang” so he falls down.
His favorite thing to do is play fetch. He walks around the house with his ball in his mouth and reminds us several times a day that it is time to go out and play.
